• Tree Planting Ceremony

  On Friday we held a special ceremony to plant the Celebration Tree which was gifted to us by Lady Arran, the Vice Lord Lieutenant of Devon, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen to celebrate her Platinum Jubilee.

  We welcomed lots of special visitors and parents to the school and we had a lovely afternoon. The children read out their poems and some of their hopes for the future of our planet. They pledged to look after and care for the tree as a symbol of the future.
